Healing, whether thats from trauma, fears, anxiety, grief....whatever it is from you can bet your therapist is going through it too.

We are all at different stages of our healing.

Some of us feel no where near it.

Others feel like they have got through the worst but they want to tidy up other parts.

Whilst some are having a break.

I have not experienced what you are going through.

But I may have experienced something like it.

That, along with the tools I have, and the experience of helping others, can really help you change your life for the better.

I know what those hard days can feel like and I also have seen the huge benefits that things like breathwork and RTT can bring to people.

Have you ever been there?

Your mouth opens, the words pour out, your body freezes and your heart is racing....all before your brain has even formed a thought? 😲

Your emotions are not always about the moment your in...

They're about the moments your mind remembers, even if you dont consciously remember them at all.

Your nervous system moves first because it is wired to protect you, not to analyse the situation.

So even when something feels slightly familiar to an old hurt, your body hits "go" before you get a say. 🤐

Thats why sometimes you snap.
Or shut down.
Or just feel overwhelmed out of nowhere.

Because your brilliant subconscious is trying to keep you safe using outdated information.

But theres good news...

Anything learned can be unlearned. ✨️

When you understand where those reactions come from, you can finally change how you respond. 😊

If your reactions feel quicker then your thoughts, just know your not broken.

Your human and you have the ability to rewire this.
