Today is a First Quarter Moon. Half Moons are a great time to action a plan that you have been meaning to do or have been putting off.

I've been meaning to make a video of the non-ordinary experiences one might have during a Sound Bath, and so here it is!

Visiting my childhood home I realise that every part of the sky surrounding it, has a powerful dream attached.

The most powerful of which, involved an incredibly tall tree that grew in the highest part of the garden. At the top I could see different meteor impacts of various sizes, far in the distance, all of which placed ground zero at my childhood home prompting me to explore what went on this home and how it might have made its impact on my psyche.
