Hello Sacred Souls 🖤💚🧡

A little milestone worth sharing today…

The bank account for Sacred Cacao Path CIC is finally sorted.

It might sound like a small thing, but it means something important, we are officially back on track and able to start moving this vision forward properly.

Sacred Cacao Path CIC was always created with one simple intention:
to bring cacao, meditation, and safe community spaces to the people who need them most.

Not as a luxury. Not as something out of reach. But as something accessible, grounding, and available to everyone.

Now that the foundations are in place, we can begin sharing more about what this will look like and how it will grow.

One of the ways we’ll be doing this is through Pay It Forward spaces.

If you’re in a position where you’d like to donate a cup of cacao or support someone else attending a session, this is where it begins.

A small act of kindness can open the door for someone who may really need that moment of calm, connection, or support.

This is how we create space for people.
This is how community grows.

More to come very soon

Hello Sacred Souls 🖤💚🧡

Let’s talk about good quality ceremonial cacao, because not all cacao is the same.

When we talk about ceremonial cacao, we’re talking about cacao that has been treated with care, respect, and minimal processing, keeping the integrity of the whole bean.

Good ceremonial cacao is usually:

🌿 Made from whole cacao beans – nothing removed, especially not the natural cacao butter. This is what gives ceremonial cacao its rich, thick texture when you drink it.

🌿 Stone ground into a paste or block – rather than heavily processed into powder.

🌿 Minimally processed – keeping the natural compounds that support mood, focus, and heart opening.

🌿 Ethically sourced – often grown and prepared by small farming communities who have been working with cacao for generations.

🌿 Single origin – meaning it comes from one region, allowing the natural flavour and energy of the cacao to remain intact.

Ceremonial cacao is not just about drinking chocolate.

It’s about slowing down, being present, and connecting with a plant that has been used in ritual and community for thousands of years.

When prepared with intention, cacao can help us soften the mind, open the heart, and create space to sit with ourselves in a more gentle way.

And in a busy world… that pause can be incredibly powerful.

Hello Sacred Cacao Souls 🖤💚🧡

One question I get asked a lot is:

“Is cacao powder or cacao nibs the same as ceremonial cacao?”

The short answer is… not quite.

Cacao powder and cacao nibs both come from the cacao bean, but they are processed differently.

Cacao powder is usually made by pressing the cacao bean to remove most of the natural cacao butter (the fat). What’s left is then ground into powder. It’s still nutritious and full of minerals like magnesium, but it creates a much lighter drink.

Cacao nibs are simply crushed cacao beans, often used in baking, smoothies, or sprinkled on food.

Ceremonial cacao is different.

Ceremonial cacao is made from the whole cacao bean, stone ground into a paste or block, keeping the natural cacao butter intact. Because the bean remains whole, the drink is thicker, richer, and carries the full spectrum of the plant’s natural compounds.

This is why ceremonial cacao has been used traditionally in ritual, meditation, and heart-centred gatherings for thousands of years.

Powder and nibs are wonderful foods.

But ceremonial cacao is about connection, presence, and intention.

And that’s why we use it in ceremony.
I only use jaspercacao as this cacao is one I have found to be far superior to others I have tried.

If you have any questions about cacao please drop me a message, happy to answer and explain about the food of the gods!

Things are starting to move at Sacred Cacao Path CIC… so watch this space. 🖤

Behind the scenes there has been a lot of quiet work happening.
Planning. Building. Laying foundations.

Because Sacred Cacao Path CIC was never meant to be just another wellness page.

The intention from the beginning has always been simple:

To bring holistic support to more people.

Not just the people who can afford luxury retreats or high-ticket wellbeing experiences.

Everyone.

Cacao, often called “the food of the gods” has been used for centuries to support connection, clarity, emotional release and community.

Yet somehow, many of the practices that genuinely help people regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with themselves have become things only some people can access.

We want to challenge that.

Reiki should not be a luxury.
Meditation should not feel exclusive.
Cacao circles should not be something people feel they “can’t afford”.

They should be accessible, welcoming and community-led.

So the work now is about bringing more of this into the world:

🖤 Community cacao circles
🖤 Accessible meditation spaces
🖤 Holistic practices that support mental wellbeing
🖤 Events that create connection, not pressure

Slowly, steadily, we’re going to start opening more doors.

Because sometimes what people need most is simply a warm drink, a safe space, and a moment to breathe.

And that’s exactly what we’re here to help create.

Watch this space. 🖤

🌿 Why We Choose Jasper Cacao

We only use Jasper Cacao.
And honestly? It’s Jasper all the way.

I have tried others. I’ve tested textures, taste, energy, sourcing, integrity.
Nothing comes close.

This isn’t supermarket “cocoa powder in a fancy bag.”
This is ceremonial-grade cacao, minimally processed, rich in the good stuff, and made with deep respect for the land and the people behind it.

🌎 Why It Matters

Jasper only forges direct partnerships with producers, farmers, and cooperatives they fully trust. That means:
• Protection of indigenous tribes
• Fair support for local families
• Ethical pay and transparent sourcing
• Safeguarding the Amazon rainforest

This is ancestral medicine. You don’t cut corners with that.

And here’s the part that seals it for us:
With every purchase, funds go back into charities that support these communities in sustainable cultivation. So when we drink cacao in circle, we’re not just opening our hearts, we’re contributing to a bigger ecosystem of care.

That’s alignment. That’s integrity. That’s how this work should be done.

✨ Energy Speaks

You can feel the difference.

The richness.
The depth.
The way it lands in your body.

People often say, “What is this cacao?” — because it feels clean, powerful, heart-opening, and grounding all at once. That’s what happens when something is grown, harvested, and prepared with reverence.

We don’t just choose cacao for taste.
We choose it for ethics.
For vibration.
For lineage.
For the future.

If we’re going to serve sacred plant medicine, we do it properly.

Cold morning? Warm cacao. ☕🖤

There’s something deeply comforting about standing in the kitchen while it’s freezing outside, holding a mug of thick, velvety cacao.

It’s not just cosy.
It’s actually doing something powerful for your body.

Let’s break it down:

🌿 Nutritional Benefits of Ceremonial Cacao

Magnesium-rich
Supports your nervous system, muscles, mood and energy production. Perfect if your body feels tight in the cold.

Iron & potassium
Great for circulation and oxygen flow — which matters on chilly mornings when everything feels a bit sluggish.

Theobromine (not caffeine)
A gentle, heart-opening stimulant that increases blood flow without the jittery spike and crash. You feel awake… but steady.

Antioxidants
Cacao is one of the most antioxidant-rich foods on the planet. That supports immune function — which we all need this time of year.

Healthy fats
Ceremonial cacao contains natural cacao butter, which helps with satiety and gives that nourishing, grounding feeling.

Unlike coffee, you’re not borrowing energy from later in the day.

You’re nourishing your system.

That’s the difference.

Coffee says: “Wake up, let’s go!”
Cacao says: “Good morning. Breathe. We’ve got this.”

On a cold morning like today, your nervous system doesn’t need shock. It needs warmth. Minerals. Blood flow. Support.

And honestly? There’s something traditional about it. Ancient cultures weren’t smashing triple espressos before sunrise. They were working with plants intentionally.

Slow start. Strong foundation. Clear head.

If you’re wrapped in a blanket with cacao today, or getting ready to leave the house for work just know — you’re not being indulgent.

You’re being wise. 🖤

Cacao & Magnesium — and no, not just the sleepy kind 👀

Everyone talks about magnesium like it’s just for sleep.

Or for restless legs.
Or muscle cramps.

But here’s the thing…

Ceremonial-grade cacao is one of the richest natural sources of magnesium — and this isn’t just “take it before bed” magnesium.

This is the full-spectrum support kind.

Magnesium plays a role in over 300 biochemical processes in the body. That’s not minor. That’s foundational.

It supports:
🖤 Nervous system regulation
🖤 Muscle relaxation
🖤 Energy production
🖤 Mood balance
🖤 Brain function
🖤 Heart health

When people come to cacao circles talking about tension, restlessness, overwhelm, even emotional agitation… and they leave saying,
“I don’t know what that was, but I feel different.”

There’s wisdom in that.

Cacao contains magnesium in a natural, highly bioavailable form — meaning your body recognises it. It knows what to do with it.

And because cacao also contains theobromine (a gentle heart stimulant), you don’t get knocked out like you might with a high-dose supplement. You get calm alertness.

Grounded. Open. Regulated.

It’s not magic.
It’s minerals.
It’s plant intelligence.
It’s tradition meeting modern science.

And honestly? Most of us are walking around magnesium deficient.

So maybe that “softening” you feel in ceremony isn’t just emotional.
It’s physiological.

Cacao doesn’t just calm your muscles.
It supports the whole system.

And that’s why it feels like it does.

Have you ever noticed your body respond to cacao?
I’d love to hear what shifted for you. 🖤

Good morning Sacred Soul,

Cacao didn’t change my life overnight.
It didn’t “fix” me.
It didn’t make everything suddenly easy.

What it did was quieter than that.

Cacao met me in the moments where I felt overwhelmed, emotionally flooded, and tired of holding it all together. It didn’t ask me to explain myself or push through anything. It simply softened the edges.

Over time, that softness became space.
Space to breathe.
Space to feel without drowning in it.
Space to come back into my body when my mind wanted to run the show.

I return to cacao again and again not because it’s trendy or magical, but because it’s steady. Grounding. Honest.

And that’s what I hold space for now.
Not transformation that shouts, but healing that whispers.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected, heavy, or just a bit lost in yourself… cacao doesn’t demand anything from you. It simply invites you back.

Hello Sacred Souls 🤎

I’m Angilina — and I started Sacred Cacao Path over three years ago.

If I’m honest (and I always am), the path from then to now has not been straight, smooth, or Instagram-perfect. It’s been real. Messy at times. Stretching. Deeply human.
And somehow… here we are.

Sacred Cacao Path is now a CIC, and that is something I’m genuinely proud of achieving. Not because of titles or paperwork — but because of what it represents: community, access, integrity, and doing this work properly, not just aesthetically.

I didn’t get here alone, and it would be remiss of me not to acknowledge that. There have been supporters, collaborators, encouragers, and people who believed in the vision when it was still just a quiet knowing in my chest. I see you, and I’m grateful 🤍

And… this has always been my baby.
Something I’ve held, protected, worked relentlessly on, and kept coming back to — even when it would’ve been easier to walk away.

Moving forward, the intention is clear:
✨ to secure funding
✨ to bring cacao to more people
✨ to make this work accessible, grounded, and community-led

That part takes time. There’s background work, foundations to finish laying, and boxes that need ticking before the bigger stuff can flow in. But it is happening — so please bear with me as we build this properly, not rushed, not compromised.

Thank you for being here.
Thank you for trusting the process with me.
And thank you for walking this cacao path together 🤎💚🧡

Hello Sacred Souls 🖤💚🧡

I recently gave up caffeine and, it was not easy.
Headaches. Mood swings. All of that jazz 😅

But replacing coffee with cacao?
Has been a total game changer.

Here’s why cacao hits differently 👇

☕ Coffee stimulates the nervous system
🍫 Cacao supports it

Coffee gives you a spike… then a crash.
Cacao gives you steady, grounded energy — no jitters, no dip, no wired-but-tired feeling.

✨ Why cacao > caffeine (for many people):
• gentle, sustained energy
• supports focus without overstimulation
• rich in magnesium (hello calm muscles & nerves)
• boosts mood naturally (thanks anandamide & theobromine)
• heart-opening without hijacking your system

For me, the biggest shift wasn’t just physical — it was nervous system regulation.
I feel calmer. Clearer. More present.
No more borrowing energy from tomorrow.

This isn’t about being “anti-coffee.”
It’s about choosing something that works with your body, not against it.

If coffee’s been leaving you frazzled, anxious, or crashing by mid-afternoon…
maybe your body’s been quietly asking for cacao 🤍🍫

Now stocking Jasper Cacao ☺️

Cacao, Magnesium & Those Mysterious Aches ✨

I see this all the time at cacao circles.

People arrive with things like:
• restless legs
• twitchy muscles
• tension they can’t quite explain
• that wired-but-tired feeling

And they leave saying:
“My legs feel calm.”
“My body finally relaxed.”
“I didn’t realise how tense I was until now.”

Here’s why 👇

🍫 Cacao is naturally rich in magnesium, a mineral your body needs to relax muscles, calm the nervous system, and support proper nerve signalling.

Magnesium helps to:
• reduce muscle spasms & cramping
• soothe restless legs
• calm the nervous system
• support deeper rest & relaxation

Modern life burns through magnesium fast.
Stress, anxiety, poor sleep, caffeine, emotional overload all magnesium thieves.

So when people drink ceremonial cacao in a calm, grounded space, two things happen at once:
🖤 the body absorbs magnesium
🖤 the nervous system finally drops out of fight-or-flight

That’s not coincidence. That’s physiology.

This is why cacao isn’t just “a nice drink.”
It’s a body-based experience that supports real regulation, gently, naturally, and without forcing anything.

Your body knows what to do…
sometimes it just needs the right support 🍃
