Join us for Paint and Pause With Amy Rose: Mindful Art for Emotional Wellbeing—a unique four-session journey to process emotions and find peace without needing any words (or art skills!).

🗓️ Four Sessions, Four Themes:
• Replenish & Radiate
• Grow Through the Light
• Release the Heavy, Keep the Magic
• Inner Flame (Warrior Edition)

Join us at our Digital Drop In, this Thursday. We offer friendly, free support with a wide range of issues, including:

• Setting up and learning to use new devices.
• Navigating the internet, sending emails, or connecting on social media.
• Accessing essential services like online banking or statutory services.
• Making video calls to stay connected with family and friends.
• Learning how to stay safe online.

Another fab event for our Men’s Talk group - bowling in Cwmbran.

We knocked down pins and barriers. No bumpers, just a fun couple of hours.

👥 happens every Wednesday, 1–3pm at The Powerstation in Cwmbran.

No judgment. No pressure. Just real conversation and connection — when you’re ready.
