Have you ever wondered what happens in a Reiki session?
No two Reiki sessions are the same, even if you are having Reiki every week, you will have a different experience every time. But here's what you can expect, from setting intentions to how you may feel.
Great for first-timers and the Reiki-curious!

A typical session 👇🏻

👉 First we set an intention for what you want to get from the session ( VERY powerful)

👉Get comfortable on the treatment couch, with pillows and a blanket - if you like and soft music in the background.

👉I will scan your body with my hands for any areas that may need extra attention.

👉The Reiki flow begins - you may feel heat, tingling, see colours or images or just fall asleep! As I place my hands gently on or off the body.

👉After the session many people take the deeply calming, relaxed feeling with them, the feeling often lingers for several days!
