Barefoot on the beach, healing begins here.

Ever notice how your body softens when you touch the earth? Science calls it grounding, ancient wisdom calls it connection. Both agree: reconnecting with nature gently soothes a frazzled nervous system and helps release layers of old stress and trauma.

I learned this the hard way. Burnout forced me to slow down and listen to what my body truly needed. The first step? Radical honesty with myself, and a willingness to do something as simple as bare feet on wet sand.
