Working as a carer in the community with Kensa Healthcare made me think of something I saw at Plymouth Aquarium 🦈

Sharks are incredible, but they stay in their environment you won’t find them swimming through our towns and neighbourhoods. Community carers are the opposite.

We go out into the community every day, visiting people in their own homes, bringing care, support and reassurance right to their doorstep. No tanks, no barriers just real people helping real people where they feel safest and most comfortable.

It’s about being present, checking in, and making sure no one feels alone. Quietly supporting people to live independently, just where they belong.
