A post I didn’t want to share - but as a small business I need to be realistic and honest.

I haven’t opened bookings for the Summer Term.

Due to a lot of external factors, including increased operating costs, the increased childcare provisions (a great thing for parents), and uncertainty in a cost of living crisis - the model of my business franchise is no longer viable.

I am saddened to say that as of today, I will no longer be running classes, and will be dissolving the franchise.

I know this may be disappointing to those of you who have expressed an interest in next term. I only made my final decision at the weekend, so things have happened quite quickly, meaning I did not get to tell many of you in person for which I can only apologise.

I have adored spending time with you all in classes over the years - and it’s been a privilege to see your little ones grow, and even meet their siblings too 💕

I’ve seen first hand how supporting early speech and development, has helped your little ones thrive. And am not quite ready to stop doing that just yet. So I will be taking some time away, and reflecting on how I can support this in the future.

So perhaps this is the end of this little part of the story, and the beginning of the next chapter.

You can now register your interest for a space on our next courses!

Make sure you do - as you will get a priority space before general booking opens on 1st April.

Come and learn some basic keyword signing, along with musical activities, nursery rhymes and of course, our favourite friend, Jessie Cat!

These sessions are a gentle environment to have one-to-one time with your little one, learn something to support early communication development, and meet other parents or carers.

Grandparents, uncles, and aunties have all joined our classes too.

3 courses available, suitable up to 30 months - no previous experience required 🎶

So excited to be back running our first classes of 2026 this week!

We will be running our three age appropriate classes, across our four venues in Daventry, Northampton and near Towcester!

It’s not too late to join us - we still have some limited spaces available, and Trials are now available to book too!

Our Courses support early communication before speech by teaching you simple keyword signing to use at home together. The course content has been developed with speech and language specialists.

⭐️0-6 month old classes - a great first class for new parents, with gentle sessions, musical activities, letting you relax and have some one-to-one time together and meeting other new parents. **Our 10 week course is now available to book in two 5 week blocks**

⭐️6-14 month old classes - perfect for little ones from sitting, we introduce over 150 different signs through fun musical activities, games, and nursery rhymes. Repetition throughout the course promotes recognition of gestures, that become linked to speech sounds longer term.

⭐️14-30 months classes - a more active class, encouraging our toddlers to join in with our signing activities, promoting listening and socialising with other little ones, whilst introducing concepts such as colours, counting, and phonics.

Our new term of courses is now open for bookings!

If you are looking for a baby or toddler class to join this January, why not come and join our sessions across the Towcester, Daventry & Northampton area.

From little ones as young as three weeks, up to 2.5 years, we have age appropriate sessions developed with speech and language therapists to support early communication development.

So pleased to be able to advertise our next term of Sing and Sign classes.

2026 will be our fifth year of using simple keyword signing and music to help early communication development.

It’s just flown by, and it’s been delightful meeting so many little ones, and their grown ups, and even their new siblings ☺️

If you would like to come along and join the fun, you can now register your interest in our timetabled classes, and reserve a priority space. Booking for these places open on Sunday 30th November. (24th November for current attendees)

General Booking for any remaining spaces go on sale on 1st December.

It’s been a looooooooong Summer break - but we are raring to go!

Sing and Sign classes are back for another term of fun - running more sessions than ever 🤩

9 classes, across 3 stages for little ones between 0-30 months.

Trial spaces are now available for all remaining spaces - please book early to guarantee your place!

We can also offer access to online content, if you can’t make face-to-face classes.

So… erm, will you come?

Calling any new parents with a little one born since May!

Firstly, massive congratulations on your new arrival - we hope you are enjoying your newborn snuggles.

Secondly, we would love to let you know about our 0-6 month classes which are running from the end of September.

We would love to welcome you to join us in our small, gentle classes, where you can spend time one-to-one with your little one singing songs, playing musical games, and introduce the use of keyword signing to help with communication before they can talk.

If your little one sleeps through, needs a feed, needs a cuddle, wants to roll around - no problem, anything goes 💕 (Three little ones in myself - completely get it!)

We give you the signing skills to use at home together, at a relevant time that works for you, as well as the opportunity to make friends with parents and carers with little ones of a similar age. It’s always so lovely to watch friendships grow.

You can join the classes whenever you feel ready to - our youngest ever signer was just three weeks old.

The course is 10 weeks long, but you can join at any point, if there are any spaces available.

We run at in Daventry, (The Elgar Centre, Upton) and near Towcester.

I’ve been trying for ages to post about our Newborn class to tell you all about us, using examples at home with my own little ones.

After hours of camera roll scrolling, getting sidetracked, looking at the millions of pics and videos - I miss those newborn days 🥹

No sleep, not knowing quite day it is, constant feeding, whole outfit changes after just changing a nappy (both of us) and just surviving, was outweighed by those moments of snuggles, excitement of little ones first smiles, wriggles and rolls, giggles and babbling.

If your lucky enough to be enjoying this newborn cuddles stage at the moment, just know you’re doing an amazing job 💕
