Sadly I have decided to stop running Love to Move sessions for the time-being. I am very grateful to all the people who have supported me and have loved getting to know my regular customers. Hopefully this is something I can come back to in the future as it is a fantastic programme that really does make a difference. Thank you and goodbye for now. ❤️

I'm happy to say that there is now a regular slot for the Love to Move session at Yardley Gobion Village Hall. It will now be on the second Wednesday of each month at 10.30-11.30. Therefore the next one is Wednesday 13th March. Please share with anyone who might benefit from the sessions. They are for people living with dementia, mild cognitive impairment or anyone with memory concerns.
