NEW 7AM WOMEN’S WEIGHT TRAINING SLOT

I’ve added a new early morning session at The Studio in Heywood due to demand.

Perfect if you want to train before work, the school run, or a busy day gets in the way.

These sessions are designed specifically for women who want to:
Get stronger
Build confidence with weights
Train in a supportive, non-intimidating environment

Small group coaching means you’ll be fully supported whether you’re completely new to weight training or looking to get stronger.

Spaces are limited to 4 ladies per session

We have full classes here at The Studio and George is looking for some more aunties to give him attention and cuddles.

We have added some new time slots which are:
Wednesday & Thursday 7am
Friday 5:15pm

If you are looking for somewhere friendly, non-intimidating and welcoming then this could be for you.

We train hard but we laugh harder. Everyone is welcome and it doesn’t matter if you’ve never lifted a weight in your life.

If you want to try and combat the lovely symptoms that the menopause gifts us or if you just want to feel healthier and stronger then get in touch with

You can do 1 or 2 sessions a week and the groups are small (capped at 4 ladies).

We now also have a nutrition group which is free to join and provides you with education on food, supplements, training and more

Nothing is one-size-fits-all here.

Small groups. Calm coaching. No pressure to know what you’re doing.

Plenty of encouragement, a bit of banter, chats about the joys of being a woman and a dog who takes his welcoming duties very seriously.

Mostly that you’re stronger than you think…
