We welcome 5 - 12 years olds in private sauna sessions and 12 - 18 years old in communal sessions with 1 accompanied adult per child 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Our sauna hats are recommended for children as they will help them tolerate the heat longer and regulate their body temperature 🌡

*plunge pools or outdoor shower only to cool down. Please note that the lake swimming is 21+ years old only.

Join us for a 55-minute outdoor sauna experience with lake dips, plunge pools, and an outdoor shower, the perfect winter reset!

We’re offering both communal and private sessions, just book online: www.blackswansauna.co.uk

Usual Opening Hours:
Mondays: 10am–1pm & 5–8pm
Tuesdays: Closed
Wednesdays: 5–8pm
Thursdays: 5–8pm (now with additional 90-min sessions available)
Fridays: 4–8pm
Saturdays: 9am–1pm
Sundays: 10am–6pm

Additional 90-min Session Dates:
• Sat 22nd November: 1:00–2:30pm
• Sun 30th November: 9:30–11:00am
• Sun 7th December: 3.00 - 4.30pm
• Sat 13th December: 1:00–2:30pm

Usual T&C’s apply: +48hrs notice required to reschedule. With less than 48hrs notice, we’re unable to offer rescheduling, but your session can be donated to someone in our WhatsApp community. As a small family business, please note we do not issue refunds.

Give yourself a little more time to settle, breathe, and ease between the heat and the cold. Alongside our usual 55-minute sessions, we’re trialling a limited run of 90-minute Black Swan Sauna sessions, created for those who love a gentler pace and extra space to move between the sauna, lake dips, cold plunges and outdoor shower.

Every Thursday, plus these weekend dates:
• Sat 22nd November — 1:00–2:30pm
• Sun 30th November — 9:30–11:00am
• Sat 13th December — 1:00–2:30pm

You’ll find us at Glove Factory Studios in Holt, just 9 miles from Bath, right beside The Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen with free onsite parking.

If the longer rhythm feels right for our community, we hope to make some 90-minute sessions a permanent option from January 2026.

Our first social brunch left us full in every way, good food, good company, and a whole lot of community ❤️

And for their lovely seed packs, I’ve loved growing my own veg there this year, and the support they give to newly green fingers is just incredible.

At Black Swan Sauna we’re more than an outdoor sauna, we’re a growing wellness community, and none of it would be possible without our amazing team of Sauna Hosts who go the extra mile in all weathers.

Here’s another big shout-out to Charlotte, Melissa, Nikki, Laura, and our newest team members Martha and Katie, who keep the fire warm, the space welcoming, and everyone looked after. Grateful for every one of you 🤍
