Tickets are now live for our Wild Floating Ritual & Sauna Experience 🫶

Set on the lake at , this two-hour session is designed to help you slow down, switch off and fully reset.

You’ll move between the grounding warmth of our wood-fired sauna at and a floating sound bath ritual on the water, guided by Maddy from .vibewellnessofficial

Think soft, resonant sound… gentle movement of the lake… heat and stillness… all working together to bring your body into a deeply relaxed state.

We keep these sessions small (just 12 people per session) to preserve the calm, intimate atmosphere throughout.

🌕 The Worm Moon Sauna | Tuesday 3rd March

March’s full moon is known as the Worm Moon, a quiet signal that the earth is softening, spring is approaching, and we’re emerging from winter’s stillness. A time for renewal, warmth, and gentle reset.

To honour it, we’re opening two small 90-minute evening sauna sessions beneath the full moon. Expect wood-fired heat, cold plunge pools, optional lake dips, and the calm of the night sky.

✨ International Women’s Day – Sunday 8th March ✨

International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and personal achievements of women, while also recognising the importance of wellbeing, support and community.
To mark the occasion, we’re hosting Women’s Only Sauna Sessions designed to offer a calm, supportive and comfortable space for those who prefer a single-sex environment.

Whether you’re new to sauna or a regular, this is simply an opportunity to slow down, warm up and connect in a relaxed setting.

Each 55-minute session includes sauna, plunge pools, lake dips & outdoor shower 🌿

ℹ️ These sessions are intended as a supportive, quieter wellness space for women who may feel more comfortable in a single-sex setting.

All other sessions that day remain mixed-gender as usual, so there are options to suit everyone.

I had the pleasure of chatting with Debbie from , a true expert in bespoke hats for special occasions, and someone who has spent years training alongside incredibly skilled craftspeople. It’s always inspiring hearing the journey behind the craft ✨

What started as a shared sauna session has turned into a lovely way to now support each other as local business owners. Her beautiful sauna hats are now available with us, priced at £20 to keep them accessible, and we talk a little about the making process, materials, and why these hats aren’t just stylish… they actually have real sauna benefits.

If you’re new to sauna culture, a sauna hat helps regulate head temperature, protects your hair, and lets you stay comfortably longer in the heat.
If you’re from the millinery world, you’ll appreciate the craftsmanship and uniqueness that your skills can bring!

We welcome 5 - 12 years olds in private sauna sessions and 12 - 18 years old in communal sessions with 1 accompanied adult per child 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Our sauna hats are recommended for children as they will help them tolerate the heat longer and regulate their body temperature 🌡

*plunge pools or outdoor shower only to cool down. Please note that the lake swimming is 21+ years old only.
