A couple months ago, I shared that I stopped taking my ADHD medication. It's been a few months now, and honestly, I still don't want to take it again. Since being off it, everything feels more intense, both the highs and the lows. I'm feeling emotions I didn't even realize I was suppressing.

It's been challenging, but also healing. I've laughed more, and I feel like that spark I lost is coming back. But I'll be real: I need structure, because it can get chaotic.

I took this medication for five years, so l understand if someone needs it. But I want people to take it seriously and not just jump on it because of social media trends. I wish I had fully understood it years ago. I say this with love, thank you all for letting me share this openly. ❤️🖖👽
