A national program encouraged parents to leave shoes of thier children at government headquarters, that have been failed by local schools and councils councils, in the hope to get the government to address and reform the SEND system. Here you see shoes on the steps of Cornwall County Council's headquarters, to symbolise children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) who have been let down, over a 100 shoes..!!! that’s just from the ones that knew and could take part.. we all know this is 1000’s 😢 it’s time for government to stop blaming parents and take responsibility 💪🫶❤️
