Yesterday I hiked the Cornish coast for the first time in months.

The south coast cliffs gifted me sea air, salty skin, and that wide open feeling I didn’t realise I’d been missing.

There’s something powerful about getting out of your own head and into your body. Every step, every wave crashing below me, reminded me how essential pause is. Not to stop — but to realign. To hear your own heartbeat again.

This wasn’t just a hike. It was a reset.

And that’s the part that needs space. Breath. Nature.

Ive lost people I love. Navigated sole parenting. Faced moments I wasn’t sure how I’d keep a roof over our heads. Plus so much more crazy stuff this life has thrown at me these over the years.
