This unique blend offers a tranquil environment where you can surrender into restful poses while receiving gentle Reiki energy. Perfect for all levels, this class focuses on releasing tension, enhancing flexibility, and promoting overall well-being whilst cocooned in your comfiest clothes!

3️⃣🙌🏼⚡️ and from Thursday 1st August you will be able to book in for your regular Reiki healing energy. An hour dedicated entirely to your energetic healing. Previous clients have experienced deep rest, profound insights, deep emotional release, connection with past loved ones and so much more. 🧘🏼‍♀️Yes, I’m a Yoga Teacher. The physical practice is what people see on social media, but it’s so much more than that. It’s a spiritual practice too.

🙌🏼Yes, I’m a Reiki Practitioner. I channel healing energy to support my clients in bringing about their own healing. And sometimes part of that is lending an ear, sharing intuitive insights (with permission).

👩‍🏫Yes, I’m a Life Coach. My clients come to me looking to gain clarity, spark confidence, an inner-knowing or courage to take life in a new direction. Sometimes introducing a physical movement practice or a spiritual practice is helpful to my clients.

Ultimately, I am a space holder.

In holding space for people they get to experience what it is like to be held. To be seen. To be acknowledged. To be celebrated. To be appreciated. To be listened to. 💖

Life IS busy.

And it’s so easy to blindly go from one day to the next following our usual routines, without thinking about whether we are living a life that truly brings us ALIVE.

Embrace life's vibrancy amidst its busy-ness by taking mindful steps each day, reflecting on routines that truly ignite your passion.

Explore these 5 uplifting journal prompts to assess and elevate your daily behaviors.

Consider syncing this exercise with a New Moon for a potent release of what no longer serves you.

1. Reflect on your morning routine: Identify activities that energise and invigorate you versus those that feel draining. How can you enhance the positive elements and let go of habits that hinder your vitality?

2. Explore your digital habits: Evaluate the impact of your screen time on your well-being. Which online activities contribute positively to your life, and which ones leave you feeling depleted? Consider adjustments to strike a better balance.

3. Examine your social interactions: Reflect on the relationships that bring joy and positivity into your life versus those which drain your energy. How can you cultivate more meaningful connections and gently release relationships that no longer serve your well-being?

X are taking us back to Ibiza in May for another epic all female retreat. And I’ll be returning to assist and share the experience.

Deep connections were made when we were there in September. Lots of laughter, some healing tears, and generally lots of good times were had… including a drumming meditation.

☀️Daily sunlight exposure helps regulate circadian rhythms, improving sleep quality and overall mood.

Additionally, sunlight is a natural source of vitamin D, essential for bone health and supporting the immune system. 🦴

Getting daylight during the winter is more of a challenge which is why I like to walk before work.

I take the opportunity to get sunlight where and when I can so sitting outside, in a puffy jacket with peppermint tea and fluffy slippers, whilst waiting for a delivery at home is the best I can do this afternoon.

How many guys have you seen in your yoga class over the years?

I’ve always had a few guys attend my classes but, as seems “normal”, only a handful.

Last nights class was a first for me in that the ladies, including me, were outnumbered by the guys. How refreshing!!

I genuinely love teaching yoga to everyone but it’s always so blooming fantastic when more guys show up.

The benefits of yoga are plentiful, physically, mentally and spiritually, and they really are anyones for the taking.

But perhaps guys see yoga as a bit too girly for them, or they’re put off from even giving it a try because they can’t touch their toes (real life comments I’ve received in the past).

Our bodies, and yoga practices, are unique. You can do things I can’t, and vice versa.

Our individual bodies aren’t even the same from the left side to the right!

I promise if you join my class you’re encouraged to do what you can. Try something you’ve never done before and find the joy in that moment.

I don’t care if you can touch your toes. I don’t care if you can handstand (I can’t, yet).

All I care about is that you give yourself the duration of that class to switch off from everything else going on in your world. Tune in with yourself. Feel whatever comes up for you. Do what YOU can.

Last night one of the guys, who had never done yoga before, commented that he found it harder than expected but somehow relaxing at the same time. This guy had been boxing in the gym right up until he walked into class. He was strong, fit and open minded.

Sitting on the couch and feeling your body ache is hard.

Choose your hard.

But in the meantime, I encourage you to do something you’ve never done before.
