Bursts of effortful exercise followed by a small rest -delivered in easy to follow blocks.
Includes Aerobic / Strength Endurance / Speed challenges/ Directional changes / Motor Skills / Agility / Movement & Flexibility Elements
Designed to increase Heart Rate Variability through small bursts of high intensity effort.
Recruit motor units for strength & hypertrophy utilising fast twitch muscle fibres through plyometric exercises. Low impact options offered throughout.
Work in joint end ranges to improve mobility & flexibility.
We will provide resistance bands, loop bands & free weights.
