For the second month in a row, the rain and wind stopped for long enough for us to enjoy some glorious weather at yesterday's 5K Your Way meet-up at Trelissick parkrun.

Now, if only the same fates would miraculously re-pave the Cornish roads for us before our next one?!

Looking forward to seeing everyone back at Trelissick on 28th March (remember, Parkrun is on every Saturday).

Old/new/returning members always welcome. It's free! More info in the comments.

5K Your Way – THIS SATURDAY – 28th February – Trelissick parkrun

We are looking forward to welcoming old friends and new to Trelissick Parkrun on Saturday for our February 5K Your Way meetup.

We’re a friendly, easy-going, supportive community for people affected by cancer, who want to get outside and move more. Run, jog, walk as much or as little of the 5k course as you like. Or just come along to cheer and chat – we always head to the café for a cuppa afterwards.

We meet from 8.30am for an 8.50 briefing. Look out for our blue flag near the entrance to the gardens!
