This is not a prank!
12 weeks.
That’s it.
Not a massive overhaul.
Not starving yourself.
Not “starting again Monday” every week.
Just small, consistent steps.
Even at half a pound a week… that’s 6lb.
And most people in my groups are doing more than that without feeling deprived.
