Hi all! Just introducing myself, my name is Zennor and I am a local yoga teacher. I am running a 6 week beginners course starting 1st March at Ananta Yoga Studio in Newquay 8.30 - 9.30am. The focus of this course is to bring attention to some different postures, making them accessible for EVERYONE by going over lots of options so that you can take what you learn from the course into your own practice at home or into whatever classes that take peak your interest. We will also spend some time practicing breathing practices, meditation and some history and philosophy also so that you feel well rounded in your knowledge when you finish the course.
