What people dont see is the time and planning that goes in to courses to deliver the highest quality.
Time from other individuals, FREC 3, CQC, logistics, staff, venues, vehicles to name a few.

Individuals have a short space of time in which to acquire and implement knowledge. While this is demanding it provides insights as to the demands of deployments in the real world.
