Reflecting on the weeks events and deployments.

Delivering a Door supervisor and door supervisor refresher course, always a privilege to be in a position to educate others while providing employment opportunities.

Events that are incident free are the result of effective planning and deployment. Being proactive in service opposed to reactive.

Liaising with safe town to ensure additional "eyes" were available, supporting the local community with public safety.

Reflections and feedback are an essential part of improvement and growth. Working with event management teams always highlights areas for development. This is taken on board to enhance operational standards as well as being shared into course delivery.
