ADHD and Autism Associates was founded by Dr Sarah Michaels and Caroline Gordon. We are a NHS and private Neurodevelopmental Specialist GP (training: Kings College Hospital London & The Maudsley) & Neurodiversity Clinical Educator, and CBT Psychotherapist, Mental Health Nurse & Clinical Lead. Together, we have 40 years combined experience and expertise in healthcare. Our aim is to provide our expertise and care for you or (child or adult) family member. We start with an assessment so that we can fully understand where you are at right now and then creating a personalised plan and ongoing care to help you get the best outcomes.

What makes us different is simple: less silo, more whole-person, multidisciplinary team care. We diagnose neurodevelopmental conditions including Autism and ADHD, highlight other neuro-cognitive traits, and medicate ADHD where appropriate in children and adults. We also consider associated physical conditions and support patients with their unique strengths and challenges.

Holistic Neurodivergence Assessment and feedback: £500
Autism Assessment including holistic neurodivergence assessment and feedback: £1500
ADHD Assessment including holistic neurodivergence assessment and feedback: £1500
Combined Autism & ADHD, holistic neurodivergence assessment and feedback: £3000
Physical health assessment 45 minutes: £250
CBT session 1 hour: £150
Trauma or social anxiety CBT session 1.5 hours: £200
Taking on existing ADHD report: £150
Medication Initiation 1 hour: £250
Medication review 30 minutes: £200
Repeat prescriptions: £50
Clinical query email response (e.g. side effects, or letter requests): £25
Shared care review 1hour: £250
