Have you ever felt a physical shift after emotional pain?
Talking heals. I see it every day in my work as a psychotherapist.
After losing my dad, I went on a yoga retreat the day after his funeral. I showed up raw and unfiltered. No mask, no make up. I took photos of myself: day one, mid-way, and the last day.
The difference was striking. My body, my face, my energy - lighter.
When words couldn't reach my grief, yoga did. 🧘🏼♀️
