On Sunday 15th August 2021 at 6.39am I sent 9 ECG pdf files that I'd taken over a 24 hour period to Haymarket health center that I'd from a kardiamobile device (see image)
I decided to purchase this device after having some chest pains an murmurs in my heart and getting short of breath very easily.
On April 20th 2021 I had an appointment at the heart and lung clinic to have a reavel device implant replaced but while I was being prempt for it my blood pressure was sky high and was having severe chest pains so they couldn't do it they kept me in hospital for 8 hours for observation took chest x rays blood tests after around 8 hours they said I was OK to go home. The cardiology Dr said before I left that you need get your Dr refer you back to the hospital for a CT scan ASAP.
So I told haymarket health centre this there reply was we can't see this in our notes from the hospital an basically called me a liar which I've found out since that the reason for this is because it comes out of there budget so they don't won't refer you for a CT scan.
Then on Wednesday the 18th at 18.09 3 days later I get this message.
"Dear
I have seen the ECG tracing that you have sent. I tried telephoning you but no one was picking up and the message on your mobile was to hang up and try again.
The tracing is irregular and some of the beats are of different shapes.
Please go straight to the hospital emergency department where you will have a proer ECG done and further investigations arranged. Dial 999 and call the paramedics.

Then because I'd not replied to there message straight away the Dr had phoned for a ambulance paramedics turned up and police because my Dr had told them I'd sent some ECG's in an I'm not answering there phone call or messages an that he thinks I could be Dead the police had come so the paramedics could get in.
I noticed a ambulance pull up out side an come towards my house.
So I goes out to them to see if I could help them incase they had the wrong house when they said my name yes that's me an they looked confused as much as I felt when they said that my Dr had phoned them and that I was possibley Dead then they said have you sent some ECG's to your Dr I said yes that was around 6 am Sunday morning they looked at eachother in disgust and said that's naughty so they said is it OK if we come do one of our ECG's I said yes sure so they came in did several of them they said I have 6 what they call PVC'S /murmurs they asked me how I felt explain that the left side of my chest was tight an that it feels like my heart is missing a beat an that I get short of breath easily but I've been like that for months iso they phoned cardiology unit at the hospital for advice an if I needed to go hospital cardiology nurse said if he's not in pain she couldn't really why I'd need to but it was upto me but he should of been refered back to the hospital regarding this back in April by is Dr but we've received no referral as of yet. So I needs speak to is Dr again about the referral for CT scan.
The paramedics said that this was disgusting and negligent of my Dr's.
So I sent them the discharge letter off the paramedics (see image) yesterday Thursday the 19th August 2021 with no acknowledgement what so ever.
So unless they think your dead in my experience with haymarket health center they they certainly don't care about there patients.
