What an amazing journey this has been! Exploring my attachment patterns from childhood through adulthood has given me huge insight into how attachment can shape and impact all our relationships, which has helped me to understand myself better.
I can support you too to find your inner voice, feel more secure within yourself and your relationships. Understand your defences and how your attachment wounds may be impacting you in your adult relationships. I will support you to build boundaries and learn to trust yourself more.
Working with an attachment-based therapist will help you to:
Notice what is going on within so that you can make connections between your mind and body.
Allow you to explore your feelings from the past and help you understand how they are impacting you now.
Help you find the words when you struggle to find them.
Find new ways to manage your anxiety and stress.
Soothe your anxiety by sharing your story and hearing your thoughts out loud.
I listen and validate your feelings, helping you to find the space for thought.
