✨ 5 Years of SD Sports & Injury Clinic ✨

Five years ago, I took the leap into running my own business – and I’ll be honest, it was daunting. Starting something from scratch, not knowing what the future would hold & if I could support my growing family, was one of the scariest but most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.

Along the way, I’ve been lucky enough to meet and work with some incredible therapists in this industry who have supported me, shared their knowledge, and helped me grow both professionally and personally. I wouldn’t be the therapist I am today without those connections.

Most importantly, a huge thank you goes to my amazing clients. Without you, there simply wouldn’t be a clinic. Your trust, loyalty, and commitment mean the world, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you.

Here’s to the last 5 years – and to many more years ahead of helping people move, recover, and feel their best 🙌

What a weekend!

Cameron Grant

27 laps… 27 Hours!
181.06KM / 112.51 Miles 🤯
Finishing in the top 15, in a field of 156 Runners!

What an experience this weekend was, being part of the support crew for Cameron Grant as he took on “The Highlander- Last one Standing” as Part of Scottish national team.

The conditions were tough, humid, wet, torrential rain, then 20 plus degrees of
heat. It had the lot.

Nothing but total respect and admiration for
Cameron who pushed on, never once did I hear him complain or let it get to him, even during the night as the rain battered down and everything started to hurt, and probably wanted to tell us to F@ off on multiple occasions.

A real respect for anyone who has the resilience to push past the limit where your
Mind and body are screaming at you to stop!

I’m always learning from newly qualified to experienced practitioners, from a variety of backgrounds, and if your willing to do that, you will continue to grow as a therapist 👌

This weekend one my clients who has been with me since I started my clinic, Cameron will take on The Highlander, Backyard Ultra, Scottish Championship 2025!

This will be a huge challenge, but I don’t know anyone who will be better prepared and I know the work that he has put in to ensure he’s going into this event strong and ready 💪

Feeling very privileged and honoured to be part of his support crew, I’ve worked with Cameron on some other amazing challenges over the years , and cannot wait to play a small part in ensuring Cameron gets everything he needs to go and smash this unbelievable event!
