Today, we hear from the creator and founder of Rising Warrior Coaching, Gabby, who shares how being vulnerable equipped her during her healing journey.

🌿 Journeying Through Vulnerability: Finding Strength in the Shadows 🌿

In a world often shrouded in fear of the unknown, vulnerability emerges as a beacon of light, illuminating our path to healing and growth. ✨

Throughout my own journey, I've learned that embracing vulnerability is not a weakness but a profound source of strength. It's about stepping into the darkness with courage, knowing that within lies the potential for transformation and enlightenment.💪💡

One pivotal moment in my life came when I decided to embark on my healing journey in 2020. Little did I know, this encounter would lead me to profound self-discovery and spiritual awakening. I had always felt deeply, yet often questioned my sensitivity until I met and understood parts of myself that never felt safe to be illuminated.

Entering this journey meant confronting deep-seated traumas and uncertainties. I had to surrender to vulnerability, acknowledging that healing requires courage and openness. 💆‍♀️

Yet, through this beautiful vulnerability, I found resilience and inner strength. It challenged my beliefs, reshaped my perspective, and ultimately empowered me to embrace my true essence.

The shadows and darkness, once feared, became the very light that guided me toward healing. They held the keys to unlocking hidden truths and embracing authenticity. 🫂
