𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝘂𝗺'𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸? 🤔

An eight-week perinatal mental health course, parents will learn how to manage anxiety and depression using CBT techniques.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁? 👩

Suitable for parents struggling with anxiety and PND /depression who are experiencing difficulties with the transition into motherhood. Mums are welcome to bring babies under the age of 2 years.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱? 🥰

It's a lovely opportunity for parents to come together, discuss and support each other with their mental health and reduce isolation that can sometimes come with being a new parent.
