You will need passion for care working and willingness to develop your skills further, along with a patient, calm and a supportive outlook and approach to vulnerable individuals.

Ridgewood Care Services is a family run business dedicated to promoting the values of quality care. We are based in Ridgewood, Cross in Hand and Halland East Sussex.

We are passionate in supporting our adults with Learning Disabilities, ASD, mental health and associated challenging behaviour. We are currently looking to recruit night support workers who share the same values and enthusiasm! We have part time vacancies available across the service.

At Ridgewood Care Services, no two days will be the same. We are a highly active service and encourage community participation and presence daily.

What qualifications and experience are necessary for this role?
None! No qualifications or experience required as full training and inductions are offered by our teams.
