Our site in Tongham is progressing well for Bellway Homes.

Whilst we are continuing with the house foundations, the external finishing works for the sales office and show homes are nearly complete and will be ready to open soon.

The site will comprise a mixture of private and affordable homes.

Buxted are at Uckfield Community College showcasing the apprenticeship scheme we are offering at their careers fair.

An apprenticeship is a great way to start your career and there are many avenues to explore within construction.

Mud is no problem when you have GPS 🧭🗺

Buxted recently purchased an excavator with GPS positioning 🚧

The system provides accurate design information to the machine operator inside the cab, allowing excavation work to be carried out without the need for an on-site engineer. This results in better accuracy and improved health & safety 🦺

We’re always looking for ways to incorporate new technology into our working practices to provide time saving and cost effective solutions for our clients👩🏽‍💻

Buxted have been carrying out the groundwork’s on this site since 2018. Some of the houses are now complete, but there’s still a bit of work to do 🏘

New sites for Buxted Construction 🤩📆

Buxted are delighted to have been awarded the contracts for three new jobs 🏆🙌

We will shortly commence work in Stotfold and Stevenage for Taylor Wimpey Homes and in Kelvedon for Cala Homes 🏡

There will be around 400 houses being built between these three sites 💪🏼

Happy 1 year birthday to our children's garden at Wexham Park Hospital.

Well what a year it had.
Giving much more than we could have imagined.

All in all it has been a fantastic success and we hope over the years to come children, their brothers and sisters, parents and staff will continue to enjoy. One parent said they attended the ward regularly with their child and said that up until the refurbishment they had never stepped foot in the garden but now use it frequently when they are on the ward!

The new garden has also been used a lot by Child and Adolescent Mental Health patients to sit quietly taking them away from the busy ward environment.

This is where your money goes and we can't thank you enough. keep supporting us to make these projects happen. Next year we hope to have Father Christmas back (*pics all from the opening).

Happy Monday all 🤩 Hope you got to enjoy a taste of spring at the weekend!

These photos were taken last week whilst members of our site teams were undertaking training with 📚🙇🏻‍♂️

Here they are demonstrating how to get a depth reading using a CAT4 and Genny. This will enable us to check an intended excavation area and locate buried utilities 💯🏗

Training is vital to ensure our workforce and those around them are kept safe 🦺👷🏽
