Hi Yogis,

On Saturday 28th June from 4pm, I'm holding a special 2-hour Yoga event soon for those interest in playing with the stronger aspect of Yoga 🙂

This even is a completely non-scary and invigorating way to try challenging poses, in a safe and comfortablle environment.

We will also enjoy some lovely deeper, slower and softer Yoga at the beginning and end of the event, fishing with an extended relaxation.

It's £25 per person, but if you bring a friend get in touch and I'll give you each a 20% off code, bringing the cost to £20 each.

Stronger Yoga has more to offer than increased strength and suppleness. Learning strong Yoga in my 20s and 30s, and now my 40s, still helps me regulate my nervous system, and it’s FUN! 🤸‍♀️

Currently we have spaces available for Mondays 9:30am at Tranquility Yoga Studio, and Thursdays 7pm at Phoenix Health Hub.

From March, we'll have more spaces available for all classes; Tuesday & Thursday classes are moving to a warm and spacious rooms within the Civic Centre, Uckfield
