Tuesdays - 9:30am at The Civic Centre Uckfield
Wednesdays - 6pm at Hillside Wellness
Thursdays - 7pm at The Civic Centre Uckfield
Saturday 30th August - 4-6pm at Tranquility Yoga Studio I am holding another extended Deep Restorative Yoga session to ease those aches and help bring you back to yourSelf 🌀

Hi Yogis,

On Saturday 28th June from 4pm, I'm holding a special 2-hour Yoga event soon for those interest in playing with the stronger aspect of Yoga 🙂

This even is a completely non-scary and invigorating way to try challenging poses, in a safe and comfortablle environment.

We will also enjoy some lovely deeper, slower and softer Yoga at the beginning and end of the event, fishing with an extended relaxation.

It's £25 per person, but if you bring a friend get in touch and I'll give you each a 20% off code, bringing the cost to £20 each.
