After having a KCR and reflexology myself today I was ready to see this lovely girl and give her her Kinetic Chain Release and Crystal Reiki Combo .
She regularly has this combo and today her body and her energy left beautifully balanced 💕

She always reports back having a good sleep.after her treatment and im hoping it will be the same tonight

It is so easy to just keep powering through and leaving yourself exhausted. Today is was my turn to have Kinetic Chain Release and then Reflexology with Align 'n Shine with MC
And boy did I enjoy it .... I feel so much more like myself ❤️

I have read so much about this new moon ....first new moon of 2026 . 🌙🌕

From a I have read 📖 I think it is a great time to dream big and set your intentions. I have included a few ideas that night interest you and I think i need to start by getting myself moving and get the cleaning out of the way! After that I can think about the things I would welcome into my life 😌 ( I know Bernie will hoping that doesn't involve more crystals 🤣)

Take time for yourself today and think about nice things 💭 and have good vibes about whats important to you ❤️

I suggested he jump ( or hobble) on to the table as I am an accredited KCR practitioner.

After a session of Kinetic Chain Release he felt much better 👌

Well .....it realigns your body and brings harmony to the movement in your body. I have had people tell me that it makes them feel lighter, others say more balanced and recently someone said ...it is just good 👍

I won't lie ....sometimes its not the most relaxing because it is sorting out problems . However , I have had people have kcr followed by reiki, others have kcr followed by reflexology and one friend
said...just leave me and let me lie here 🤣🤣🤣
So long as you feel good when you're leaving then I'm happy 😊
