Another lovely customer review…

Steve came to me for a massage & rehab programme whilst he was up in the Lakes on holiday to help sort some issues he was experiencing with his calf after sustaining a nasty sprained ankle/ torn ligament 3.5 weeks prior. Steve was also experiencing some discomfort in his hips and shoulder as a result of having to use crutches during this time.

In 2022, Steve ran the length of the Southwest Coast Path (over 630 miles!). Raising a huge £7197 for Prostate Cancer UK.

Last year, Steve ran a whopping 5 marathons in 5 consecutive days to complete the Two Moors Way. A total of 117 miles across Dartmoor’s & Exmoor’s tough, rugged, steep, unforgiving terrain! Raising a further £2650 for Prostate Cancer UK.

Recently ahead of Ribble Valley 10K, I included a pre-race massage as part of my preparation. The results were incredible. I ran a personal best of 30:57. The massage helped me feel more relaxed, loosened me up, and left me feeling energised and ready to perform.
