Forget dreary skies and sniffles, winter just got a whole lot sweeter! Recent research has revealed a delicious secret weapon in the fight against winter blues: chocolate, packed with a surprising sun-kissed nutrient – vitamin D2.

Remember those whispers about mood-boosting benefits and antioxidant magic? Turns out, chocolate's got another trick up its sleeve. A study published in Food Chemistry unearthed a delightful truth – cocoa-rich goodies like beans, butter, powder, and even dark chocolate, are a previously unknown source of vitamin D2.

🐝The beehive: a source for the most nutritious substances on this planet💛 (all found in our wellness pralines!)

A throwback to this Summer 2023. Observing the hives and reminding myself why I do what I do. Not only am I grateful to he able to offer truly nourishing food for people around me which is made of almost anything you can find in the hive (raw honey, bee pollen, royal jelly, propolis, apilarnil), but taking inspiration from the bee itself. There's so much we can learn from these fascinating creatures, here's a few points:

1. Use teamwork
2. Do good, for goodness’ sake
3. Be efficient and focu on priorities
4. Live within your means
5. Give yourself space to evolve
6. Seize the day
7.Communicate well
8. Take time to rest/ rejuvenate
