Morning Everyone

Can I please ask that you come today and collect your medication ASAP! We are extremely overcrowded again on our retrieval area with some extra large bags on the floor which is causing a hazard to the team, this is also resulting in ques and taking us longer to locate on the retrieval area, we really don't have the time to keep re-texting bags to remind you.

* Please note that if we order for you, then we still require the prescription signed off the doctor, if the doctors don't send them back to us then this is out of our control, and you will need to contact them yourselves, we can only dispense the medication that the doctor authorises us to do so.

Thank you for your patience in the last few days, we are now all sorted, and patients' medication is ready for collection! If you have had your text, can you please collect ASAP, we will also be shut on Monday due to the Bank Holiday

❌️ Urgent Message ❌️

Unfortunately since Monday our Branch and Holt Road has been affected with a IT issue and we have been unable to send prescriptions to our depot.
The Tech people have been working as hard as they can to get us back online but currently still not able to, so unfortunately patients who were due there medication back tomorrow there will be a delay in receiving these

If you are in desperate need then you are welcome to come and collect the script and try another pharmacy as they are not affected by this.

Please do not take your frustrations out on my team over the next few days as we will be doing our best in Branch to get what we can done for you, but this is completely out of our hands.
In the meantime if you have recieved a text message could you please collect ASAP
