We were so amazed at the response for the Natural Facelift that Geraldine was able to offer on one of our last days that we decided that another of the girls should train in it too. Lee volunteered as she can use it in her own business The Wee Therapy Room. So another treatment on offer !! Remember to watch for more dates coming up ❤️❤️

Nicola and myself spent yesterday doing the Glasgow to Balloch Kiltwalk. We did it each for charities close to our hearts Alzheimer Scotland and Rays of Hope. Both the charities support people and families.
We both managed the 23 miles with alot determination.and a bit of swearing haha. We had a great day and met so many fantastic people out doing the same. Raising money in the most basic way but all with the same goal. Every kiltwalker rocks !! So if you were out Kiltwalking yesterday huge well done from us ❤️

Here are the pictures from our last retreat day. All the ladies enjoyed 2 treatments, all had the choice from Reiki, Reflexology,back neck and shoulders massage, anti-aging facial massage,Indian head massage or a mini facial. We had some beautiful meditations and an amazing walk up into the woods and took time to appreciate the space, the quiet and the scenery. Finishing with a soundbath.The ladies left relaxed and refreshed, having pressed the restart button. If you would be interested in a day like this our next date os May the 28th at a cost of £50.00 per person which is a fantastic price. We are all qualified therapists who believe a day like this should be affordable and should be a day where you are spoiled. If you would like a date for your friends to suit you for birthdays etc we also have this option, just contact us with your parties size and requirements.

Some exciting news we now have a Sound Bath Experience started. ❤️🙏❤️

What's a Sound Bath?
❤️A Sound Bath is a Meditative experience where you are bathed in sound. Its a form of sound therapy which is designed to relax you, give you time out and soothe you. ❤️🙏❤️

What are the Benefits ?
❤️ Reduces stress and anxiety
❤️ Calms tthe mind and the Body
❤️Improves sleep
❤️Increases clarity and focus
❤️Decreases fatigue and tension
❤️ Boosts mood and decreases feelings of hurt and angst
During an experience like this as your body relaxes, and the relaxation response starts, your breathing slows, your blood pressure can lower, heart rate slows and your body will go.i to healing mode and a restorative state starts. ❤️🙏❤️

How does it work ?(science behind it)
During a Sound Bath your brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) into relaxed state(alpha) then dreamlike state (theta) and restorative (delta)
The different instruments used achieve this through the different waves they produce ❤️

What would I need?
❤️ wear comfortable clothes
❤️ a mat to lie on
❤️ a blanket
❤️ a pillow
❤️ a drink of water or juice

How long does it last ?
❤️Roughly 1 hr in a group situation

What a fantastic day with an amazing group of women. The weather was perfect for our day starting with a meditation and treatment in the cabin before lunch then a beautiful walk. Then we began the afternoon session. I know Nicola and myself thoroughly enjoyed today and everyone was relaxed and reset for the week ahead. We will be publishing more dates soon, but we are also available for a bespoke retreat day. You ask ,we do. Thank you so much to todays group you were fabulous ❤️🌈❤️🙏❤️

T'was the night before a day retreat,
Planning and preparing all done, which is no mean feat,
The therapists were excited but not yet in their beds,
Nicola was in her house, and I in mine while visions of clients, treatments and a gorgeous walk danced in our heads,
Creams, crystals, cards and good intentions were all of a matter,
Looking forward to fun and chatter,
Energy calming and revitalising is the aim,
Day worth coming to is our game,
So roll on tommorrow, women working together quite easily,
Creating and working together as therapists should be,
Using our energy, angels, and source to be true,
