✨ From “errrghh” to size 10 jeans – Chan’s incredible 1:1 Diet journey! ✨

“When I looked in the lift mirror, I thought ‘errrghh’ – I didn’t recognise myself anymore. I knew I had to make a change.”

Chan was about to choose bariatric surgery, but instead she turned to The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. With her Consultant Tracey by her side, and the support of her family, she’s lost an incredible over 6 ½ stone – and gained a whole new life! 💪

"Which Step gives the fastest weight loss?"

I am often asked this question by clients, and the answer I give is always...

"The fastest Step is the one you can stick to".

Just because the computer says that you can start on Step 1A or 1B, doesn't necessarily mean that you should.

We are all different. The amount of weight we would like to lose is different, as are our medical backgrounds, personal circumstances and activity levels.

Some people like to be able to take food completely out of the equation, in which case Step 1A or 1B suits them perfectly. Others like to sit down to a "proper" meal with their family, so prefer Step 2 or 3. Some people are gym bunnies so need more calories.
Some people only want to lose a few pounds quickly for a special occasion, others have several stone to lose.

Whatever your circumstances, I have a Step to suit you, and it's one that you will be able to stick to!
