Auricular Acupuncture in Llanwnda, Caernarfon Auricular acupuncture involves inserting sterile surgical needles into the acupuncture points on the outer ear.

This gentle stimulation creates a specific response, aids our natural healing mechanisms and helps us to rebalance. We can use press magnets and/or acupuncture seeds to boost treatment between sessions. There are over 200 points on the ear that connect to all areas of the body, so it is useful for alleviating the symptoms of many complaints such as pain, allergies, IBS, stress, insomnia, addiction

Women’s Health Ear Acupuncture Group

Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture can be effective in helping with the symptoms of menopause such as hot flushes, excess sweating, mood swings, sleep disturbance etc. Starting on the 7th of September for 7 weeks on Thursday evenings, this new group will be for a maximum of 4, costing £70 for 7 x 1hr sessions.

On Saturday morning on the 29th of July 2023 I'm going to be offering a session for anyone who wants try auricular acupuncture.

This will be a 25 minute session of the 5 point NADA protocol for £15 good for relaxing, stress or general body detox.

This can be especially beneficial for anyone unsure of what Auricular Acupuncture involves. You may just want to take 25 minutes for yourself to relax.

We live busy lives, and it’s important to make time to relax. Here’s a photo from our relaxing short walk near Rhyd Ddu this morning.
