Dear all,
Experience a holistic wellbeing system to support your health and boost your immunity. Qigong (Chi Gong) combines meditative movements with dynamic stretches to stimulate the body's internal energy. An effective preventative healing method that has been used to aid in the recovery of COVID patients and athletes alike.
Spring Sage Health Qigong are running online classes on Mondays aimed at all abilities, with advanced classes available on Wednesdays. Our first class of the new year will be on the 10th of January. Message us now and secure your place.

We will be moving to online classes exclusively from January 5th. Join us live from the comfort of your home and experience the benefits of Health Qigong. We'll be running from 7-8pm. Message me your interest and I will email the zoom link to you closer to the time. Classes are £10 if block booked.
