I'm passionate about nutrition and movements affect on mental health 🧠 conditions like:

😑 are you waking in the morning and not feeling refreshed? ⁠

😔 do you struggle to get to sleep and tend to take longer than 10 minutes? ⁠

😴 do you give yourself less than 8 hours from going to bed to your alarm going off? ⁠

🥱 does your brain struggle to switch off at night? ⁠

If any of these sound familiar then you are not focusing on your sleep, and you need to! Sleep is more important than diet in the beginning. ⁠

Originally I wanted to launch back in October, but my mental health took a NOSEDIVE over the last few months.

Although I am still bobbing along in that dreadful sea of depression, I've found writing has been a good solace. So I thought I would 🚀 now and see if I can help others as I work through my own continual mental health journey.
