At our last inclusive boxing session at the in Goldthorpe, we were joined by the team from Salvation Army HQ who came down to see what we’ve been up to and how the programme has impacted the community.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to them for firstly taking the time to visit us at their Goldthorpe base and also for shining a light on our inclusive adaptive programme. It was a joy to welcome them and to share our passion for transforming lives through movement, connection and community.

Their recent article beautifully captured the heart of what we do: creating a space where every person, regardless of ability or health condition, can unleash their inner warrior in a safe, supportive and empowering environment.

BUT it doesn’t end there! We are only just getting started…

👀 Exciting news is coming soon about the future of Kronik Warriors at The Salvation Army. We are working on plans to expand our programme and offer even more inclusive, adaptive sport and wellbeing opportunities to the Goldthorpe community and beyond.

You may remember that a while back we took our Snack-Box programme into a local specialist school, we had an amazing time coaching the kids to burn off their energy in a healthy and safe way, as well as helping them to explore the tastes and textures of different healthly foods. We’re heading back this November and we can’t wait! 🤩

Today we’re throwing back to when we first met the lovely Alison from the Goldthorpe when we launched our Women Box Period campaign! 🥰

Did you know that at Kronik Warrior UK we provide sanitary products in all venues where we deliver boxing classes! These colourful packs, have booklets with FAQs by young girls experiencing their periods whilst taking part in sport, created by Lil-Lets. So if you’re in one of our classes and are in need of sanitary products, all you need to do is ask! 😊

And that’s a rap! 👏

Our six week Snack-Box programme at Goldthorpe has come to a close, but what an incredible six weeks it’s been! 💥

The impact of the course has taken our breath away, and we couldn’t be prouder of what every single one of our Kronik Warrior participants have achieved! 👏

Each person showed up to our sessions with enthusiasm and ready to learn. They all put in the effort, worked extremely hard and smashed our expectations right out of the water! You all earned your Kronik Warrior titles and more. 👏👏👏

Thank you to everyone who attended and to the Salvation Army for hosting us, we’ve had a blast! 🫶
