I would like to highly recommend Ms Sonja Klaunzer at Health space for her Ayurvedic pressure point massage. She is very skilled, kind, attentive and very knowledgeable about her therapy. I have been receiving Ayurvedic therapy treatment from Ms Sonja since 2023.
Having ACE’S(adverse childhood experiences) as discussed in the book the body remembers. Mental Health Wellness Coach

My role as a mental wellness coach will be to teach you evidence-based cognitive skills and emotional skills needed to reduce unhealthy stress and anxiety. I will do this by teaching you, key principles, that will Strengthen both your core physical and psychological strengths. This will enable you to develop new thinking habits, challenge your negative beliefs and thinking habits. Together we will identify your stumbling blocks, and set up a coaching plan which you can hold yourself accountable to, during your mental well being journey towards your desired goals.
