It’s National Kindness Day Tomorrow!
This does not have to involve grand gestures, sometimes it’s just holding the door, sharing a smile, or taking a moment to really listen. Those little things can brighten someone’s whole day and usually make you feel pretty good too.

So tomorrow, I will be noticing and appreciating the small acts of kindness around me and definitely adding a few of my own into the mix 💛💜

Halloween is just 2 days away, and excitement levels are high! From dressing up and parties to trick-or-treating and mountains of sweets, there’s a lot happening for children and for some, it can all feel a little overwhelming.

Here are 3 simple tips to keep things calm and enjoyable:
1️⃣ Set limits together
2️⃣ Spread the treats
3️⃣ Create calm breaks
4️⃣ Costumes are optional
5️⃣ Trick-or-treat alternatives

With a little planning, Halloween can be full of fun and calmer moments. 🍬🎃🧡

I’m running a new block of Relax Kids sessions, designed to help children build emotional regulation skills, confidence, and self-esteem all through our unique 7-step programme. 💜
This time, we’ll be stepping into the book: The Lights that Dance in the Night. With mindful movement, calming games, positive affirmations, and soothing relaxations, children will discover tools they can carry with them into everyday life, helping them to:
🌱 Manage big emotions 🌱 Feel calmer and more focused 🌱 Build resilience and self-belief
4 weeks from Nov 5th to 26th
4:30 - 5:15 pm & 5:20 - 6:20pm
£6 a session or £20 for the block

As the nights draw in, it’s easy to slip into “cabin fever” mode. But autumn doesn’t have to mean endless screen time!
