If they make me feel stupid 🙄 in my own topic,
what chance have you got?

The reality is, I have between 3 seconds and 30 minutes for most interactions I'll have with you.
I therefore need you to 🧠 👍 'GET IT' fast.
After all, I'm leading education on breathing habits.

👉 But even if I had your attention for an entire day, I still wouldn't use 'big words'.

WHY? 👇
My job is not to prove my intelligence.
✅ You'd switch off & wouldn't learn how to improve your life
✅ You wouldn't be able to educate others
✅ I don't like 'big words' - I never have (even if I can spell them 😋)
P.S.
✍ HYPOXIA [big word] - is when you don't have enough oxygen in your tissues.
SYMPTOMS include: shortness of breath, fast breathing, bluish skin, fast heart rate, restlessness, confusion, dizziness, pins & needles sensations.
🔍 Most of my clients (over-breathers) are just on the 'slightly healthier side of hypoxia' but where 'SUB-OPTIMAL' symptoms are still present and they don't have optimal oxygen levels in their tissues, due to their deteriorated breathing habits.
