Had a dear brother in for a super deep kambo ceremony today. This man has been through the ringer the last year and he keeps showing up doing the work on himself to let go of old baggage.

Kambo has this incredible ability to strip our systems down to default settings. Aslong as we keep doing what we need to do in our own individual lives then kambo is the absolute best tool we can work with.

Kambo helps us let go of what is no longer serving our highest potential. It gives us absolute clear mental clarity and resets our hormones and the immune system.

First kambo ceremony of 2026. Had the pleasure of holding space for 2 warrior women in wrexham this morning.

Absolute machines getting stuck in and doing the work and really wanting to make solid and permanent changes in their lives moving forward.

The work never stops.
The work isn't easy. If it was we all would be doing wouldn't we??

How serious are you about wanting to make real change in your life??

Some people are so comfortable and accepting their current situations even tho they know they are in bad routines. Carrying out repeating bad habits and just rolling with it.

What is kambo?

Kambo is the secretion off the giant waxy tree frog the Phyllomedusa bicolor. It's one the only tree dwelling frogs in the amazin rainforest. The healing ritual working with this medicine has been used for thousands of years by many tribes for hunting and overall health. The hunters use it before a hunt to give them more Stamina, energy, and endurance. The women of the tribes use it as it detoxifies the skin and give them what we call the kambo glow.

In today's Western world, kambo has gained popularity through it effects on our health and its ability to really heal on a cellular and spiritual level

So I've not long finished working with an absolute warrior. A woman called claire. She has been suffering with anxiety and depression and she's also going through the menopause. She jumped on my 8-week program, where she received 4 kambo sessions and 4 healing sessions, with support and contact throughout the 8 weeks.

Here's a little feedback.

"The 4 Kambo sessions with shamanic healing with Leighton were an amazing experience from beginning to end. I am not experienced in plant medicine but have tried literally everything else to shake a persistent depression and anxiety. I’d reached the point that I was off work after having experienced a day of panic attacks. Kambo seemed scary and extreme. But I was desperate, and Leighton was the perfect guide to introduce me to the medicine. He put me at my ease and was calm and nurturing throughout. It wasn’t a linear recovery, but every session brought me closer to clearing the past that was holding me back. By the end, I felt a weight had been lifted, and other people commented on this too. And I know if I ever need them again, kambo and Leighton are always there .

I feel a real shift since the last Kambo, like it closed the door on some of the stuff I was dealing with (the past, etc). I really feel I’ve let it go - people keep telling me I look different - like a cloud had lifted!"
