Am I wrong but how quickly did valentines creep up this year. I've got all the bits in the house for pancake day but unfortunately valentines has been completely forgotten.

I don't know about you but covid has made me really aware of how poor my nutritional intake is. I've made a real effort to eat and drink more healthily to give my body the best chance of fighting any bugs away. Whether that's covid or just the common cold. Massage is a great boost for flushing any unwanted toxins in the blood stream and helps keep a healthy immune system as well as the obvious, IT MAKES YOU FEEL FANTASTIC!

Hi everyone,

Sorry I've been a bit quiet over the past few months, but I think I'm right in saying things have been a bit crazy! I have slowly been reintroducing massage back into my life whilst following guidelines on how to keep you and myself safe from the spread of covid. If you would like to book a massage please get in touch and I will give details on new requirements before, during and after your treatment.

Morning everyone,

So due to Covid-19 taking over at the moment I will not be offering my massage services. As most of you know I'm a nurse working closely with patients who do/may carry the virus. I am well and have no symptoms but for your protection I won't be taking new bookings. When this calms down I'll be in touch.
