How do you fill up your cup?
I mean, as a mum, it feels like an impossible task. I literally feel like I don’t have any time. In fact, it’s not just mums, I know Adam feels like this too as a dad.
We often let ourselves hit burn out before we realise what we need to do. Taking time for ourselves can be something like a nice beauty treatment, or a coffee (without children) with a friend. But, if you’re like me and spend the majority of your time with your child, these opportunities can be quite rare.
Trying to find magic in the mundane and pockets of joy in the chaos of life can help you fill up your cup on a day to day basis, until you’re able to have that solo time and indulge in a spa day or a sauna or drinks with friends.
If you’re feeling ready for that solo time and want to meet like-minded mamas, I’m co-creating a very special event for mums at all stages of motherhood, where you’ll be held in a safe and nurturing space, and be able to receive lots of holistic healing & tools to fill your cup up right to the toppppp.
