On 9 January 2023 Bideford Medical Centre will be changing the way it’s patients access medical attention, and every patient will be advised, or should already have been advised, of how to do that.
The Patient Partcipation Group fully supports the change because it believes that the new method will reduce waiting times and will ensure that all patients are seen by the Right Person, at the Right Time, First Time.
