I wanted to let you know that I’m opening up a few gentle offerings from next month. I’ve been doing some soul work lately and coming back to what I love — helping people feel calm, grounded and not alone.
🌿 Feeling overwhelmed, anxious or low on energy?
I’m opening up a few gentle spaces next month for 1:1 Yoga for Stress + Stillness sessions — and also quiet Listening Spaces (for anyone who just needs to be heard, without judgment).
These are for you if:
💛 You feel stuck or lost
💛 You want to move your body but gently
💛 You need someone to hold space and remind you you’re not alone
I’m offering:
• 1:1 Yoga for Stress + Nervous System Reset
• Gentle Listening Sessions (45 mins,)
• A small calming group class (Sundays or Wednesdays)
