✨Hi there✨

For those who don't know me yet, I'm Philippa. I'm an experienced Thrive Programme Coach®️ and have been since giving up my full time job in the wine trade several years ago.

I've helped 100s of people discover how to get more out of life; how to be excited about waking up every day, how to successfully weather the storms, overcoming symptoms like anxiety, depression and eating disorders along the way.

I work with adults, children (from ages 6) and teenagers with great success. For children, every circumstance is different but I always work with parents so that they feel confident being able to help their children through the programme too.

Some people do the programme purely for self development reasons, who are not suffering with any particular symptoms. These are always amazing clients - the ones that want to know that when life's challenges arise (like they always do), that they are fully equipped to deal with them in the best possible way. They want to feel powerful and able to cope easily, instead of at the mercy of their emotions.

I'm also a qualified Transformational Coach having done a diploma last year for my own self development, as well as a Gottman Couples Coach.

I have two children (13 and 11) so am fully aware of the challenges they face these days. When I'm not working, you'll find me ferrying them around to various clubs. I also love cold water swimming, a good long walk with a good pub lunch afterwards and playing cricket - although an ongoing knee injury means I'm spectating rather than playing for a little while 😭.

🧡🧡Children's Mental Health Week 🧡🧡

I’m sure this will help many other people whose children are experiencing anxiety, especially after the uncertainty we’ve faced as a result of the pandemic.

For any parent who is unsure how to help their child, this is an evidence based, predictable programme that will help your child feel more powerful, confident and happy in their own skin. It’s an 8 week course and I will guide you every step of the way.

Helping children learn these skills is the reason I left my job and retrained to be a coach. It is one of the best things you can ever do for your child - we are not routinely taught how to create good mental health. And as Jen says, she got loads from the course herself - it’s an added bonus 😊.

Can you see the bigger picture? Thriving is all about perspective.

Remember that often you don’t see the full picture — so be careful with the assumptions that you are making.

It can massively help your interpersonal relationships if you try and catch yourself when you make these assumptions, particularly about how someone else is doing, feeling, or experiencing life.

Choose curiosity instead: ask questions, consider what you might not be seeing, and be open to learning from each other.

When I learned how to overcome anxiety for good, it transformed my life. I had suffered with it off and on since I was a teen and had tried various things over the years, none of which worked long term.

I had been labelled an anxious person by my GP, and because of this believed that it would be something I always had to live with.

This is not true. You don't have to live with anxiety. Once you know how and why you create it, you can learn to change things and make it disappear.

I wasted so much time being anxious because I didn't know any different. You don't have to do the same.
