đŸ„­đŸ§ŠThis week we are continuing with our very timely Summer Coolers series with two deliciously cooling mango recipes - Mango Kulfi Pops and Mango Lassi! đŸ§ŠđŸ„­

Bring along a notepad or meal planner as we will be sharing plenty more ideas for using food and drink to cool us down this summer.

Following on from our successful Coaches’ Table a mini series of four workshops has been planned, commencing Monday 18th August at 8.30pm. The workshop themes have been determined based on feedback received from attendees on the night and in the survey that was shared at the end of the session.

The four themes will focus on techniques that will support members in the areas of :
Experiencing weight stigma.
Emotional eating & body image.
Food noise & willpower.
Self-esteem & body image post weight loss.
