Great day at with .tracy and from

Lovely to meet parents to be and new parents to talk about doula support ❤️

Also great to see so many of our fantastic perinatal services too. I signpost services to my clients and it’s so important that I know who they are and the kind of support they offer so it’s great to network and get to know people in the area.

Big thank you to Maria from .colchestersling for organising another fab event.

Baby wearing peer supporter course complete!

So often my clients ask me to show them how to use a sling or carrier, and I will carry their baby while they rest. I felt that it was important to be officially trained in this and know all the latest safety information so I decided to train as a peer supporter.

It was a brilliant course and I loved learning about carriers I’d never tried myself. I also now have that extra confidence in how to safely carry a baby and show my clients how to also.

Thank you 😊

In a few days, I’ll be turning 40 🙈

So if you’ve been thinking about booking me for doula support, feeding help, or a 1:1 baby massage class, (and fancy a little birthday discount!) you’ve got until midnight on 16th June to make the most of it.

You don’t need to use the sessions straight away, but if you’re booking a package, the first one must take place by 1st October 2025.

Please DM me for more details 🎂

Review time ❤️

“Ginny knew where we might need help even though we didn’t always know that yet ourselves, but was also very open for our input and our way of how we wanted to approach things.

“She was very open minded, funny which was great, and very easy in terms of communication.”

Easter round up 🐇

Enjoying some quiet time today after a full on Easter.

Highs and lows but memories made, lots of chocolate eaten, animals visited and cousins played with.

Hope you all had a good break and managed to have some moments of joy and calm for yourself too.

1) Kicked off the holidays by celebrating one of my best
2) Zoo day with the oldest
3) Wyvernwood unicorns
4) Baby dragon at Wyvernwood
5) Fed the lambs at Layer Marney for a lovely 7th birthday party
6) Feeling the heat at Hall Farm
7) Sofa bed and film night surrounded by toys and chaos
8) Easter egg hunt at home, hair brushing optional
9) Cuddles with Papa
10) Spotted the Easter bunny at Grandmas leaving some goodies in the garden

Your partner (and wider support network) can’t read your mind.

Despite what you see on social media, films and tv, they probably won’t instinctively know what you need in every moment. But that’s okay and normal.

When our needs go unmet, it can feel lonely, frustrating, and exhausting. Over time, it can even lead to resentment and emotional overload.

The tricky part? Saying what we need and asking for help doesn’t always come naturally. For some it can feel awkward, even uncomfortable.

But often, the people around us really want to help. They just might need a little direction.

You don’t have to navigate this season alone (remember it is a season, not forever). And you don’t have to have all the answers, either.

Dm me for a free chat about how my postnatal support can complement your existing support network.
